Today, I want to do a combination introduction AND review. Tanya Eavenson is the author of The Way We Are. I read her novel when we were both part of a giveaway on social media. It is a romance with some suspense and a lot of emotional and physical healing. The main characters, Brice and Madi, are both former undercover agents who fell in love while on the job.
I like that Tanya didn’t shy away from tough topics in this novel. She gave each of her characters deep wounds, yet she pointed back to God as the ultimate source of their healing. Though they relied on each other, they both viewed the other as a gift from Him. I highly recommend this Christian romance with a thread of suspense.
